Directions
Take 1 teaspoon by mouth twice daily and hold for 30-90 seconds before swallowing. May be mixed into water. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 20 minutes before meals. If pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, consult a physician before use.
