With a 200mm diameter and weighing just 0.11kg, this flexible fabric cap delivers 450 LED chips in a comfortable, adjustable design with a zipper for a perfect fit. Unlike heavy, inflexible helmets, the H Light® Neuro Cap is stylish, lightweight, and designed for daily 15-minute sessions at home.

Featuring 150 LED diodes emitting 670nm red light and 810nm near-infrared light in a scientifically optimised 2:1 ratio, the light frequencies penetrate into the brain to promote neurogenesis, enhance mitochondrial function, and support cognitive health. The 810nm wavelength is particularly effective for neurological conditions, while 670nm reduces inflammation and promotes cellular repair.

Three dynamic pulsing modes:

How to use

Step 1: Position the cap
Place the cap comfortably on your head and adjust the zipper for a snug but comfortable fit. Ensure the LED diodes  sit directly against your scalp for optimal light penetration.

Step 2: Select your mode

• 40Hz pulsing + red+NIR: Cognitive enhancement, memory, and brain health
• 10Hz pulsing + red+NIR: Relaxation, hair growth, stress relief, and sleep improvement
• Static + red only or red+NIR:  general brain wellness and sleep     

Choose your preferred intensity level (1, 2, or 3) based on comfort.

Step 3: Relax for 15 minutes
The device automatically shuts off after 15 minutes. Use 5-7 times per week for cognitive and neurological benefits, or daily for hair growth promotion and acute conditions.

Optimal usage:

• Cognitive enhancement: 5-7 times per week, morning or early afternoon
• Hair regrowth: Daily for first 3 months, then 5x per week for maintenance
• Neurological conditions: 5-7 times per day  for therapeutic support
• Sleep improvement: Evening sessions with 10Hz/ static mode

Care: Wipe interior LED panel with soft, dry cloth after each use. Store in a cool, dry place.
