How to use

Step 1: Position the mat

Wrap the mat around the treatment area—neck, elbow, wrist, knee, ankle, or any joint requiring therapy. The flexible design conforms to different body shapes and joint sizes for optimal light penetration and coverage.

Step 2: Select your mode

• NIR only mode:  deeper tissue and muscle  penetration and pain relief (add 10Hz pulsing for less heat and possible enhanced effects)
• Red + NIR combined mode: Comprehensive pain relief and tissue repair for chronic joint conditions
• Red light only mode: Surface-level healing for wounds or skin issues 

Step 3: Relax for 15 minutes

The device automatically shuts off after 15 minutes. Use 3-5 times per week for chronic conditions, or daily for acute pain and injury recovery.

Positioning guide: Wrap mat around neck (like collar), elbow, wrist, knee, ankle, or position over affected fingers/hand area.
